To view the lock activities:

1. Head to home page and select the property in which the lock is associated to
2. Select the lock of choice
3. Go to [Logs], either by swiping right, or select [Logs] on the top navigation bar
   
4. Tap on [Sync] to update the activities from the lock. Ensure that the phone and associated lock is of close proximity. 
5. Upon successful sync, the updated activity log will be shown in chronological order
   

Examples of activities that is reflected here are:

1. PIN creation
2. Lock unlocks
3. Lock relocks
4. Incorrect PIN attempts
5. Changes to lock settings

As Bluetooth is used to update all logs, syncing can only occur within Bluetooth range. If you wish to receive real-time notifications when the door is unlocked, we would recommend using the Bluetooth Key access function. Other methods, such as PIN codes currently do not support real-time notifications.
