To remove the pairing from your Smart Lock Latch to your phone, you will have to delete the Smart Lock Latch from your igloohome app.
To delete your Smart Lock Latch:
1. Go to 'Set Up Home' in the side menu
2. Select your igloohome product
3. Select 'Manage Locks'
4. Click on the trash can icon, then click on the red symbol that appears next to the lock you wish to delete
5. Confirm the deletion
