Here are the steps to activate the integration between Superhote and igloohome :
igloohome Connection
- If you haven’t done it yet, pair your devices (locks, keyboxes...) in the Igloohome mobile app. 
- Go to Iglooconnect and log in using your Igloohome credentials. 
- In Settings, click on Post Paid > Configure Stripe Payment. API subscription cost: $2 per active device/month. 
- From the iglooconnect homepage, search and select Superhote. 
Superhote Connection
- Log in to your Superhote account 
- Go to Settings > Services > Configure igloohome V2 
- Click “Se connecter”, and enter your igloohome login credentials in the popup window. 
- Follow the steps to complete the connection. 
Automatic Migration
- If you were already connected before May 1st, 2025: 
 Devices already linked to listings will be automatically migrated to the new connection.
- New users: 
 You’ll need to map each Igloohome device to its corresponding Superhote listing manually.
Mapping – Link your locks to your listings
- Go to Listings 
- Edit the listing you want to link to a lock 
- Open the Services tab 
- Select Igloohome V2 from the list 
- Then click on Actions > Save 
Automate PIN Code Generation via Superhote
- In Notifications, create and customize your message 
- Add the variable/shortcode to your message so that PIN codes are generated automatically 
- Click on Shortcode 
- Go to Reservations, select door code (digicode), then click Insert so the code appears in your message 
- Save your message

How does the integration work?
>>The Igloohome-Superhote integration automatically generates unique and time-sensitive PIN codes for each booking. Once your device is linked to a listing, everything runs automatically.
I have a new Igloohome lock. How can I connect it to a listing?
>>Pair the lock in the igloohome app, then map it to the correct listing in Superhote.
I have a bridge — can it be connected to Superhote?
