Setup requirements


This document outlines how to integrate igloohome smart locks with MAKE, including initial setup requirements, scenario configuration, and a list of available actions such as AlgoPIN generation and bridge-proxied jobs.


Setup requirements

Setting up Igloohome

  1. Ensure that you have paired locks in your igloohome account. If you have not downloaded the igloohome app, it is available on both iOS and Android 


Setting up Payment

  1. After successfully pairing the lock(s), head over to iglooconnect and log in with your igloohome credentials. 
  2. Navigate to 'Settings' and tap on 'Configure Stripe payment'. An API subscription fee of USD$2 per active device per month applies to this integration.




Setting up MAKE Connection

  1. Ensure that you have an existing account with MAKE before setting up the connection with iglooconnect.

  2. Under Integrated Services on iglooconnect, search and select 'MAKE.com'. 

  3. You will be redirected to MAKE’s login page to sign in.



Setting up Scenarios:

  1. All fields shown are required to be filled in.

  2. Click `Add` when prompted to create a connection

    1. Modify the connection name if desired

    2. Click `Save`

    3. Log in with your `IglooHome` credentials when prompted, click `Sign in`, you will be redirected back to Make.com

    4. Click `OK` to complete the connection




Set up Completed

After establishing connections between MAKE and igloo, the setuphas been successfully completed, and you can start generating pins based on the various other modules available.

Get job status

* Bridge related jobs will timeout in 2 minutes if the internet is unstable, the lock is too far from the bridge, or the lock's battery is low.


  • Upon the first successful run, an API will be passed, and the device will be considered active
  • For the first API call of the month to a selected device, a US$2 charge will be automatically applied to your iglooconnect dashboard payment method. Subsequent API calls on the same lock will not be charged until the next month cycle
