The touchscreen of the lock is smooth and reflective, such that fingerprints can be left on the lock, making it easy to guess the password. Is there any features that prevent someone from guessing my pin codes?

The igloohome Smart Push Pull Mortise comes with a Masking PIN code feature which allows you to enter up to 8 other digits before your actual PIN. This is optional, but will help to deter hackers and prevent your PIN code from being exposed. Also, with the security lockout mode, the lock will sound an alarm if wrong PIN codes are keyed in consecutively for 5 times (default setting) - the number of wrong attempts to trigger this lockout mode can be modified via the igloohome app.
