| If you have lost your Fob, go to “Manage fobs” on the app > Choose the FOB name > Choose “Delete Fob” followed by “I lost my fob”. Follow on-screen instructions; click on ‘Step 1: Revoke FOB access’ Once all linked locks have their access revoked, press “delete permanently” to remove it from your account. Once this is done, a third party who picks up the fob will not be able to unlock the linked locks. | |
