Within the warranty period, parts will be replaced for free, inclusive of shipping (worldwide, except Singapore) or transport and labor costs (Singapore only).

Beyond the warranty period, we will troubleshoot with you and, if deemed possible to repair with parts replacement, quote you a price for the  parts and necessary shipping and/or transport and labor costs.
