If you paired our lock with an older version of the igloohome mobile app, you may find your lock missing from the app when you update to the new version. This is because the lock has not been associated with a home listing.


To associate your lock with a home listing:


If you already have a home listing, all you need to do is to go to 'Configuration' > 'Manage Locks'. Under 'Manage Locks', select the lock to associate and follow these steps to associate your lock to a home listing.


If you do not yet have a home listing, go to 'Configuration' > 'Manage Homes'. Click on the '+' icon, which will allow you to add a new home listing. Following which, go to 'Configuration' > 'Manage Locks'. Under 'Manage Locks', select the lock to associate and follow these steps to associate your lock to a home listing.
