Your igloohome account is not connected to the phone in any way and that only thing that you will need access the old account is the email (you used to sign up with) and the password. There is no need to create a new account. To ensure that your account does not get compromised, you may wish to change your account password after logging in on your new phone.


In the event that your lock cannot be unlocked with your new phone, you may wish to send in an email to support@igloohome.co with your Phone Model, Phone Operating System (OS) & Lock Model. This will allow us to assist you better.
