If you encounter the error message: "We are unable to add new home. Please try again," you may be trying to add a new home.

  1. To add a new home, first navigate to the Set Up Home menu and select your product. Then select "Add New Lock to New Home." You will need to set up a home listing by naming the home and selecting a city. Please ensure you have entered the name and city correctly, and check that you do not already have a home with the same name and city.
  2. Please ensure that you have strong Wifi connection. You may want to restart your router.
