There are a few reasons for this:
- The PIN code may have expired (for Duration and One-time PINs). You will have to generate a new PIN code.
- The lock can only store 5 PINs at the same time on a first-in, first-out basis. If you already have 5 PIN codes generated (excluding the Master PIN), generating a 6th PIN will render the first generated PIN invalid.
- The battery level may be low. Change to new batteries and attempt to PIN unlock again.
- You may have activated security lockout mode. This happens when a PIN code has been incorrectly entered 5 times. The igloohome smart lock's touchpad will become unresponsive for 5 minutes, but you will still be able to unlock with Bluetooth or physical key.
In the scenario that you are still unable to access via PIN, you may choose to reset your PIN codes.
