There are a few reasons why the touchpad may be unresponsive:
- You may have activated security lockout mode. This happens when a PIN code has been incorrectly entered 5 times. The igloohome smart lock's touchpad will become unresponsive for 5 minutes, but you will still be able to unlock with Bluetooth or physical key.
- The battery level might be low. Change to new batteries and attempt to use the touchpad again.
