There are a few reasons why the touchpad may be unresponsive:

  1. You may have activated security lockout mode. This happens when a PIN code has been incorrectly entered 5 times. The igloohome smart lock's touchpad will become unresponsive for 5 minutes, but you will still be able to unlock with Bluetooth or physical key.
  2. The battery level might be low. Change to new batteries and attempt to use the touchpad again.
